This design limits any possible interaction with APIs, even in the long term, thus ensuring chemical stability of the content and control of compliance with pharmaceutical requirements. Cleanliness
During manufacturing, cans undergo intensive washing as well as protective anodization of their surface, guaranteeing a clean, stable surface perfectly adapted to pharmaceutical requirements. They are then inspected one by one and packed in an individual bag, ensuring total control of particulate or microbiological contamination before use.
Cans meet the highest Tournaire standards in terms of cleanliness and stoppers are supplied ready to be sterilized.
Periodic monitoring of chemical, microbiological and particulate cleanliness is carried out in order to ensure constant quality of the range.
Regulatory
Compliant with the regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical sector, these packaging have a Drug Master File (DMF) with the Food and Drug Administration (United States FDA) and a Chinese Drug Master File with the Chinese authorities, Chinese Food and Drug Administration (CFDA).

The crimped aluminum cap guarantees the absence of accidental opening of the packaging and ensures tamper evidence for APIs.
Sustainability
Cans are made of pure aluminum, 100% recyclable. The recyclability of packaging that has been in contact with pharmaceutical products may however vary according to local regulations.
