After receiving your welcome pack, the important on-boarding process starts at Tournaire, thought after each type of role and each candidate. We do our best to welcome every new candidate so one feel comfortable in their new environement and quickly get to know their colleague. Every steps of the on-boarding process is design to facilitate the discovery of the new position and of the people one will interact regularly with. A close mentoring and follow up of the onboarding process get your familiar ith our company culture and values. The well beeing and the fulfillmenet of the new hiree are at the heart of this process.

Professional development

With the inception of the Tournaire Academy in 2011, we open a real internal school to support our colleagues in their professionnal development et transfer the legacy knowledge and knowhowbuilt since 1833. Maitaining and transefring our specific knowledge is a top priority : sharing thsi knowledge and supporting our colleagues to gain competencies is critical in our industry. Training is therefire a pilar of our company, and we invest constantly in adjusted programs for each individual, to extend ones compentencies and evolve in a carreer path.

It also support changing directions in ones carreer plans, to let people explore new potential avenues to develop their talents. We strongly encourage each employee to take care of their carreer and co-develop it with the company.
