Integration
After receiving your welcome pack, the important onboarding process starts at Tournaire, designed for each type of role and each candidate. We do our best to welcome every new employee so that they feel comfortable in their new environment and quickly get to know their colleagues.
Every step of the onboarding process is designed to facilitate the discovery of the new position and of the people with whom they will regularly interact.
Close mentoring and follow-up throughout the onboarding process help you become familiar with our company culture and values.

Professional development
With the inception of the Tournaire Academy in 2011, we opened a real internal school to support our colleagues in their professional development and to transfer the legacy knowledge and know-how built since 1833.
Maintaining and transferring our specific knowledge is a top priority: sharing this knowledge and supporting our colleagues in gaining new competencies is critical in our industry.
Training is therefore a pillar of our company, and we constantly invest in tailored programs for each individual to extend their competencies and evolve in their career path.
