PARTICLE CLEANLINESS
For over 20 years, our internal analytical laboratory has monitored and guaranteed the cleanliness level of our packaging. Thanks to a database built over decades of measurements, our experts are able to recommend the solution best suited to the requirements of your application.
Our fully automated particle counting process makes it possible to accurately characterize particle size and distribution, in order to meet the expected cleanliness specifications. The choice of model, closure type, and finishing level plays a key role in achieving the required performance level.
MICROBIOLOGICAL CLEANLINESS
Because of its microscopic scale, it is not easy to detect. However, it is critical for many applications, such as pharmaceutical or food uses. To guarantee a very low level of microbiological load, Tournaire has developed proprietary washing machines for its aluminum bottles and specific passivation solution for stainless steel. Regular analyses of various SKUs by third-party laboratories help validate in-house analyses.
HYDROCARBON CLEANLINESS
Our manufacturing process with cold metals requires the use of lubricants. Despite our past and ongoing research to find bio-sourced alternatives, these lubricants remain hydrocarbon-based today. Consequently, it is critical to eliminate them and to verify their complete removal. Once again, the mastery of our manufacturing process and regular analyses enable us to maintain an objective understanding of hydrocarbon cleanliness and to advise our customers based on their applications.
