SYSTEM PLUS® offers excellent tightness thanks to its robust and ergonomic closing system, its compressible Alu/PE liner resistant to solvents, and its dedicated tightening accessories.
Its one-piece aluminum structure, without welding, guarantees maximum protection for sensitive liquids by shielding them from gas and light.
This level of protection significantly reduces the risk of leakage or non-conformity and ensures reliable and safe logistics, even in the most demanding transport conditions.
Compatibility
Made of pure aluminum, SYSTEM PLUS® bottles guarantee high chemical inertness, furthered enhanced by controlled pickling. They are compatible with a wide range of products, including food products, depending on the selected internal finish (plain aluminum or varnish).
Several types of internal varnishes are available to meet the requirements of aggressive products or products sensitive to aluminum. In all cases, compatibility tests must be carried out by the user.

Regulatory
This range is UN-approved for the transport of dangerous liquids, and solids for some models, having successfully passed drop and pressure resistance tests that guarantee safety and reliability. Some finishes are suitable for food contact. Certain models have Drug Master Files (DMF) registered with the Chinese Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) in China. The SYSTEM PLUS® 62 7L model with handle also has a DMF registered with the U.S. FDA.

Safety
SYSTEM PLUS® offers optimal resistance to shocks, punctures and compression that may occur during transport, ensuring the safety of products in accordance with the UN standards. Thanks to its tamper-evident tab and its plug, the closing system is secured, with the option to add a security seal on certain references.
Colored caps and threads make it easy to differentiate the different products contained.
To complete the solution, UN-certified cartons suitable for the transport of dangerous goods can be supplied.
Sustainability
The SYSTEM PLUS® range is a safe alternative to HDPE cans, varnished steel or glass, while being 25-40% lighter at equal volume, which makes handling easier and reduces supply chain costs.
