Mechanical tightness is reinforced thanks to the wide sealing surface and the tightening ring, with an interchangeable gasket according to the type of product. This system ensures reliable protection against leaks and contamination, in accordance with Tournaire internal requirements.
Compatibility
High-purity aluminum offers excellent chemical inertness, guaranteeing wide compatibility with a large variety of products. The can resists both high and low temperatures and can be sterilized depending on the selected gasket type. Several types of gaskets are available, allowing optimal compatibility according to the nature of the product to be packaged.
Cleanliness
One-piece aluminum production without welding, completed by intensive washing, guarantees a high level of cleanliness on chemical, microbiological and particulate levels. The internal surface, smooth and without roughness, prevents any retention of residues.
Cans are also anodizable and can be sterilized using the most common methods (thermal treatment, dry heat or steam, as well as gamma irradiation).
Regulatory
Cans are made of pure aluminum, guaranteeing compatibility with food contact and pharmaceutical products, depending on the product and applicable local regulations.
Safety
The closure, extremely robust and secured by a tightening ring, can be completed by a tamper-evident seal to guarantee that the content remains intact until use. The pure aluminum of the can offers high resistance to shocks and puncture, while constituting an effective barrier against gases, light and UV, thus protecting the quality and stability of your products.
Sustainability
Made of pure aluminum, it is 100% recyclable, without loss of the mechanical properties of the material, as part of an eco-design approach and contributing to the reduction of environmental impact. The recyclability of packaging that has been in contact with pharmaceutical products may however vary according to local regulations.
