Are the bottles recyclable ?
Yes, our product range 100% aluminum, such as boxes or O220 are fully recyclable. Our OMNI PLUS® range has been design to be fully recyclable with its removable ring, facilitating the recycling of the aluminum on one side and the plastic part ont he other side. Sustainable and circular material by definition, aluminum is infinitively recyclable without any loss of properties in the process. The recycling stream is one of the most efficient in the world with about 75% of the aluminum ever produced since 1880 still in use today. Chosing an aluminum packaging, is the choice for a fully recyclable solution, responsible and respecting the environment, perfectly adapted to the demanding needs of the perfume industry.
Do we need to use a stopper ?
Our solutions are perfectly seal tight without an additional stopper, provided that the cap is closed to the referenced and approved torque force. This set up is absolutely necessary to guaranty a perfect sealing, preserve the integrity of the product and comply with the UN certification. Adding a stopper can be useful though in certain conditions, especially if the packaging is meant to be open and closed many times to imporve the product protection. Each usage being different, we suggest to contact our experts to advise on the best solution based on your specific usage.
What is the torque force to be used to seal the bottles guarantying the UN certification ?
The torque force depends on the bottles, the cap and the UN certification, it varies from one model to another. You may want to check the technical datasheet or the tightening torque instructions for each models to guaranty the conformity and perfect sealing condition of the packaging. When use a bottle with internal coating ?
For the vast majority of essetnials oils and perfume composition, plain aluminum works perfectly. However, pour specific formulation, in partuclar water based ones or some aromas or finish product such as "Eau de toilette", we recommand to use internally coated bottles, without Bisphenol A, which guaranties an optimal proctection of the product and the material.
