OUR PERSONALIZATION PROCESSES
SILK SCREENING
The silk screening process transfers a design by pushing ink through a mesh screen , ideal for precise artwork, durable and multicolor.
EXTERNAL LACQUERING
Application of a paint on the entire surface of the aluminum bottle. The result is a uniform paint color. The paint can be matte, satin or glossy depending on preference.
OUTER COATING
Application of a clear or colored varnish used to modify the bottle surface ot to color the metal without obscuring the substrate.
CAPS PAD PRINTING AND SILK SCREENING
Cap decoration for a visual coherence and a distinctive aesthetic signature. Personalization is done either with silk screening, either with pad printing where the ink being applied with a silicone transfer pad enabling printing on curved or uneven surfaces with precise and consistent finish.
LASER ENGRAVING
Mastering laser engraving with different intensities allows for high quality personalization with different shades. A true technological feat !
