Revealed through a collective approach, Tournaire’s values are rooted in the reality of our company, its history, and the people who bring it to life every day.

In 2024, a company-wide survey gathered employees’ views on the values already present within the company, their personal values, and the values they would like Tournaire to embody in the future. These responses were then analysed and summarised by an independent working group made up of 15 employees, leading to the emergence of six core values that reflect our identity while looking resolutely towards the future.

In a constantly changing environment, these values provide essential points of reference. They enable us to preserve what makes us unique while passing on our ways of working and behaving, supporting the company’s transformation, and balancing individual and collective responsibility.

More than principles displayed on a wall, they are intended to guide our behaviours, decisions and relationships every day. Because at Tournaire, a value only truly comes to life when it is put into action.
