The aluminum thread closing system, PP cap and compressible liner ensure tightness of the bottle. Aluminum constitutes a total barrier against light and UV, guaranteeing the stability of sensitive products.
Compatibility
Made of pure aluminum, Type 4S range bottles offer high chemical inertness, reinforced by controlled washing, guaranteeing optimal protection of your sensitive products. They are particularly suitable for concentrated perfumes and flavors, as well as adhesives, special paints, chemical bases and industrial maintenance products.
Depending on the nature of the product, different internal finishes are available (plain aluminum or varnish on request) in order to ensure compatibility and stability, including with volatile solvents or aggressive products. In all cases, it is recommended to carry out compatibility tests before use.
Cleanliness
One-piece aluminum manufacturing without welding, combined with intensive washing, guarantees a very high level of cleanliness on chemical, microbiological and particulate levels. The inside, with a smooth finish and without roughness, prevents any retention of product residues.
Regulatory
For the Type 4S range, a general certificate can be provided on request for sensitive applications. An internal varnish can be applied to guarantee compatibility with food contact. Contact an expert for more information.
Safety
Aluminum offers high mechanical resistance, to puncture and compression. Combined with its closing, it constitutes an effective barrier to gases and light/UV, thus protecting the integrity and quality of the product, ideal for chemicals, glues, varnishes or aromatic formulations. To further secure the content, it is possible to add standard tamper-evident seals. The largest volumes are fitted with handles to facilitate handling.
Sustainability
The Type 4S range is a sustainable and safe alternative to HDPE cans, varnished steel or glass, while being 25 to 40% lighter at equal volume, which makes handling easier and reduces supply chain costs. Made entirely of pure aluminum, this range is 100% infinitely recyclable, without loss of the mechanical properties of the material, offering a high value for your waste and contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact of your activity.
