At Tournaire, equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our corporate culture and HR policy. More than a commitment, it is a conviction: the strength of our organization lies in the diversity of backgrounds, talents and perspectives that make it up.

A gender equality index of 89/100 in 2025

Professional equality between women and men is a key priority. In 2025, our gender equality index reached a score of 89/100. This result reflects the concrete actions we have implemented in terms of pay equity, career development, promotions and working conditions. This index is both an indicator of our high standards and our continuous improvement, guiding our actions and reinforcing our vigilance.

An internal committee to promote gender equality

As part of this approach, an internal committee dedicated to gender equality, composed of volunteer employees from various departments, plays a key role in improving our practices and promoting fair treatment within the company. Each year, on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, we highlight female career paths and expertise through communication and awareness initiatives, particularly on our social media channels.

Women in management: fostering female leadership

A working group dedicated to “women in management” has also been created, at the initiative of our female employees, to support the development of female leadership. This space for exchange and experience sharing enables participants to come together, reflect on their career paths and strengthen their responsibilities and skills in a collaborative and constructive environment. This initiative supports the gradual feminization of our workforce and reflects our commitment to increasing the presence of women across all roles and functions, promoting equal opportunities and diversity.

Increasing the presence of women in industrial roles

Between 2015 and 2025, the proportion of women in our workforce increased from around 10% to 20%. This significant progress reflects a positive evolution in a traditionally male-dominated industrial sector. Today, women are present across all our functions: production, technical support, quality, support functions and management. We continue our efforts to strengthen this momentum and encourage women to pursue careers in technical fields.

Diversity and inclusion: Tournaire’s commitment to people with disabilities

SEEPH: raising awareness of disability in the workplace

Our inclusion policy also covers the integration and retention of people with disabilities. This commitment is formalized through a dedicated charter, reflecting our determination to build an accessible, respectful and sustainably inclusive work environment. Each year, during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), we conduct awareness initiatives to better understand the realities of disability, challenge misconceptions and foster a supportive workplace culture.

A commitment beyond legal requirements

In line with this approach, our actions comply with the regulatory framework related to the employment of people with disabilities, as defined by AGEFIPH. Our commitment is also reflected in a rate of employment of people with disabilities above the legal threshold, demonstrating our determination to go beyond regulatory requirements and embed inclusion in a concrete, responsible and sustainable way.

Through these initiatives, Tournaire reaffirms its commitment to taking concrete action. Our ambition is clear: to ensure equal opportunities for everyone, to recognize skills above all, and to create a work environment based on respect, fairness and collaboration.
