Cleanliness
These cardboard boxes are custom designed for Tournaire bottles, which guarantees optimal cleanliness from manufacturing. They help to limit risks of dust or external residues. Delivered flat, they allow clean and organized storage before use. They are shipped only by full pallet to preserve their integrity and cleanliness until use.
Regulatory
UN-approved cardboard boxes comply with international regulatory requirements applicable to transport of dangerous goods, in particular ADR and IATA standards.
Each model is certified as “4G” packaging and validated by Bureau Veritas Transport (BVT), according to precisely defined assemblies: bottle type, admissible quantities, authorized cushioning and maximum mass.
The UN marking placed on the outside of the box indicates the authorized conditions of use: packing group, admissible mass, etc., for immediate identification.
These cardboard boxes thus ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, in particular when UN and non-UN bottles are shipped in the same combined packaging.
The cardboard is also certified from a FSC source.
Safety
