The bottle resists variations in pressure and temperature, especially during air transport.
Compatibility
In plain finish, pure aluminum, naturally inert, offers excellent compatibility with alcoholic solutions and many cosmetic formulations, limiting interactions and preserving product stability. For more sensitive contents, a high-resistance internal varnish can be applied to ensure compatibility and stability. In all cases, compatibility tests must be carried out by the user.
Cleanliness
One-piece aluminum manufacturing without welding, combined with intensive washing, guarantees a very high level of cleanliness on chemical, microbiological and particulate levels. The inside, with a smooth finish and without roughness, prevents any retention of product residues.
Regulatory
The GCMI 18 range is available in plain aluminum, in high-resistance epoxy-phenolic internal varnish, or in food-grade BPA-NI internal varnish, in order to meet product compatibility and regulatory requirements.
Safety
Aluminum offers high mechanical resistance, to puncture and compression. It constitutes an effective barrier to gases and to light/UV, thus protecting the integrity and quality of the product.
