One-piece aluminum bottle, 100% recyclable, ideal for vitamins, solvents, varnishes and concentrated flavors. This range is intended for liquids and semi-viscous products and promotes controlled filling and pouring thanks to the extendable FLEXSPOUT® spout. The pouring handle is available as an option on large formats.

Tightness

The one-piece aluminum body without welding ensures perfect tightness and a total barrier to air, light and humidity.

Compatibility

Pure aluminum, making up the bottles, is a very inert material, compatible with many products. We nevertheless recommend always carrying out ageing tests to check content-container compatibility.

Cleanliness

One-piece pure aluminum bottle, with smooth surface, without retention area. Intensive washing guarantees a high level of chemical, microbiological and particulate cleanliness.

Regulatory

Bottles are made of pure aluminum, guaranteeing compatibility with food contact, depending on the product and applicable local regulations.

Safety

This pure aluminum range offers excellent resistance to shocks and punctures. The retractable FLEXSPOUT® spout to be crimped (not supplied by Tournaire) exists in a tamper-evident version, in order to reinforce product safety and integrity. This system allows good grip for easy pouring and excellent flow control.

Sustainability

Made of pure aluminum, it is 100% recyclable, without loss of mechanical properties, as part of an eco-design approach and contributing to the reduction of environmental impact.

Do you supply the FLEXSPOUT® spout?

Our bottles are supplied ready to be crimped, without FLEXSPOUT® spout. FLEXSPOUT® spouts are standard finish available for purchase on the market.

How is the FLEXSPOUT® spout fixed?

The FLEXSPOUT® spout is fixed on the dedicated opening (external diameter 65 mm) of the bottle, by simple crimping.

Can the pouring flow be controlled?

Yes, the handling of the bottle combined with the extension/inclination of the spout allows for a good control of pouring. In addition, FLEXSPOUT® spouts exist with specific orifices and inserts to modulate the flow.

Are the bottles UN approved?

Our range must be completed with various FLEXSPOUT® spouts which are not supplied by Tournaire. Since the UN approval includes the whole system, bottle and cap, the bottles are not UN certified by Tournaire.

Does the bottle offer food compatibility?

Pure aluminum, which makes up our bottles, is suitable for food contact under certain conditions (pH, salinity, etc.).

Is it possible to retract and extend the spout again?

Yes, FLEXSPOUT® spouts are designed for multiple uses.
