EXPERTISES

THE BENEFITS OF THE RANGE

Discover the main features of this product range.

Tightness

Made of one-piece aluminum (without welding), these bottles are equipped with a screw cap, guaranteeing a high level of tightness. The purity of aluminum creates a total barrier against gases, light and UV, preserving the integrity and stability of the content. The optimized neck surface finish, combined with a resistant and compressible liner (Alu/PE foam), ensures a tight closure, limiting the risks of leakage and contamination.

Compatibility

Bottles made of pure aluminum offering high levels of compatibility with solvents and more generally with hydrocarbons, glues, etc., but also sensitive products such as veterinary products.

Cleanliness

One-piece aluminum production without welding, completed by intensive washing, guarantees a high level of cleanliness on chemical, microbiological and particulate levels. The internal surface, smooth and without roughness, prevents any retention of residues.

Regulatory

Bottles are made of pure aluminum, guaranteeing compatibility with food contact and pharmaceutical products, depending on the product and applicable local regulations.

Safety

Bottles can be equipped with Child Resistant Closure (CRC) caps to prevent bottles from being opened by non-informed users.

Sustainability

Made of pure aluminum, it is 100% recyclable without loss of mechanical properties, as part of an eco-design approach and contributing to the reduction of environmental impact.

YOUR PACKAGING QUESTIONS

Do CHEM 42 bottles have UN approval?

The CHEM 42 range is not UN approved. For transport of dangerous goods, an overpack, such as UN cartons, is required. System Plus and OMNI PLUS® ranges are an excellent alternative for UN approval needs.

Can the CHEM 42 range be used for food products?

Yes, depending on the type of product (pH, salinity, etc.), the plain aluminum finish may be suitable. The BPA-NI internal varnish finish is a very good alternative when direct contact with aluminum is not recommended.

Why use a CHEM 42 aluminum bottle rather than a plastic bottle?

Unlike plastic, aluminum acts as a total barrier to gases and light/UV. Aluminum is particularly inert and reduces migration effects between content and container, very common with plastic. Finally, aluminum, while light, offers much higher mechanical resistance than its plastic equivalent.
