Tournaire plastic packaging
Tournaire Plastic packaging (HDPE and Coextruded) have the advantage of being light, highly resistant and acting as a barrier to solvents and gases. Extrusion blow-moulding of plastics allows freedom in the design of shapes while improving the ergonomics of the packaging. Effective sealing systems are combined with our packaging to guarantee optimum water-tightness. Most of our screw caps are made from Polypropylene (PP) comprising a compressible multi-layered joint made from Aluminium/Polyethylene (PE) on a PE foam backing. We also produce induction seal wads as standard. Teflon seals on PE foam are also available as an option.
The main structure of our packaging is mainly made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with the surface in contact with your products made from Polyamide or EVOH.
