Product Quality Engineer – F/M
Description :

Our Grasse site develops unique expertise in the design, manufacturing and marketing of barrier packaging allowing the safe transport of sensitive or fragile products throughout the world. Today, with the most complete range on the market, the Packaging division supplies various sectors: health, perfumery, well-being, agri-food and nutritional supplements as well as specialty chemicals, electronics and laboratories, offering the highest level of quality, service and safety. Proof of its commitment at all these levels, our Grasse site has been awarded a Silver medal by Ecovadis (CSR) and is certified in compliance with ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 9001 (Quality) standards.

Within our Product Quality department and reporting to the Product Quality Manager, you will be the preferred interface with the customer and you will play a key role in the management and success of Quality projects. This position requires strong involvement in the monitoring, requalification and documentation of products, guaranteeing their conformity and customer satisfaction.

Your main missions will be as follows:

· Assist the Product Quality Manager in the definition and implementation of Quality policies relating to products;

· Receive and manage customer requests in partnership with stakeholders and develop associated Quality documentation;

· Ensure the continuous improvement of our Quality standards and associated technical documentation in line with customer expectations;

· Be the guarantor of all qualifications (installations, operational, product/process/machine performance, validation of computerized systems) within the production workshops with all the services concerned in accordance with the regulations in force as well as the requirements of our standards and those of our clients;

· Carry out internal and customer industrial validation files for new products or following an evolution of existing products;

· Develop, in agreement with the help of Marketing, all of the Quality documentation requested by our customers in order to ensure good understanding and conformity of products and processes;

· Participate in and carry out customer audits;

· Provide the necessary help and support to staff with the aim of implementing a culture of qualification and continuous improvement in line with customer needs (internal training of employees, support for managers, etc.);

· Participate in the analysis of Quality risks and the identification of preventive corrective actions.

Your profile :

Coming from an engineering school with a strong focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement or a related field, you have a first successful experience in the field of Product Quality or Operational Quality.

You have good knowledge of Quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP or ISO 15438, ISO 22000, etc.) and you are adept with Quality analysis tools (FMEA, Pareto, etc.).

Fluency in English, basics of quality tools and continuous improvement management are essential.

You work in a team and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. You are organized, rigorous and you know how to make decisions quickly and independently. Your ability to solve problems and work collaboratively will be undeniable assets to your success.
