Faced with the risk of losing critical technical know-how held by experienced employees, we created our own Internal School. In an industrial environment where our machines and processes are mostly designed and developed in-house, the transmission of skills quickly became a major strategic challenge. Initially dedicated to production, our Internal School is now celebrating its 17th anniversary and has become an essential tool for securing our industrial know-how.

Trainer / tutor pairs: a key success factor
One of the foundations of our success lies in the creation of pairs composed of an expert tutor from production and a technical trainer from the associated performance hub. After dedicated training in pedagogy and their support role, these pairs have become true drivers in the transmission of skills.
The trainer provides the theoretical knowledge and structures the learning process, while the tutor supports the employee directly in the field, at the heart of production. This complementarity creates a particularly effective pedagogical continuum and fosters a gradual and sustainable development of skills.
Tailor-made learning at the heart of our production
Over the years, our learning model has evolved towards an organization fully integrated into production. Every new employee benefits from our Internal School programs.
On the technical side, they discover the manufacturing processes, the equipment of their production line, as well as the operation, assembly, and adjustment of machines. Employees are also trained on quality requirements and receive QHSE awareness training.
Our modules are deliberately short, targeted, and directly applicable to operational needs. This organization allows training to be integrated directly into real activity, without interrupting production. Learning thus becomes a natural component of daily work and fosters a rapid development of autonomy among new employees.
Expansion of our internal training offer
True to our culture of customization, we have gradually expanded our internal training offer. Today, the Internal School includes 280 modules covering production, quality, safety, logistics, as well as industrial best practices.
This dynamic helps to spread a shared culture of performance, safety, and knowledge transmission. The training programs not only enable the effective integration of new employees, but also ensure the maintenance of skills among experienced teams.
Certified skills development
Our approach is also reflected through recognized certifications. After several months of internal training, volunteer employees can prepare for the CQPM (Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie) of Industrial Equipment Operator (level 3 diploma – CAP, recognized by the RNCP).
To date, 37 employees have obtained this certification through the UIMM. This official recognition highlights the skills acquired internally and strengthens team engagement.
Beyond training, our Internal School has thus become a true strategic lever for cohesion, commitment, and industrial resilience. It demonstrates that sustainable performance relies above all on a company's ability to structure, transmit, and keep its skills alive over time.
