Indeed, torque tightening is essential to ensure optimal closure of packaging and thus preserve your raw materials. It guarantees the regulatory compliance of UN packaging.

• For UN packaging, the torque values are those used by the independent laboratory certifying our packaging during approval testing.

• For non-UN packaging, Tournaire recommends torque values that ensure optimal performance.

To enable you to close and open our packaging easily and efficiently, we have developed ergonomic tightening nuts.

• Closing or opening by hand

• Torque tightening with a calibrated manual torque wrench

• Opening and closing with a calibrated electric screwdriver
