Tournaire uses MASE (certification of safety procedures) as a preventive tool leading to continuous improvements in safety in its workshops and worksites. This organization makes it possible to prevent accidents (low levels of frequency and severity compared with other engineering companies) and raises awareness of potential risks among Tournaire employees.

Tournaire has set up an organization and a prevention-oriented safety management system:
- identification and treatment of dangerous situations;
- instructions and training in safety on machines;
- reduction of risks at the source during the design of machines and lines;
- communication on risks and preventive measures through regular meetings.
Tournaire’s subcontractors are selected according to safety, health, and environmental criteria.
